These terms explain how our talent, consultancy and financial services work and your responsibilities when using our website.

01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the eigermarvelhr.com website and to services provided by Eiger Marvel Human Resources Consultancies LLC, trading as Eiger Marvel HR & Management Consultancy ("Eiger Marvel", "we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where a signed proposal, engagement letter or service agreement exists, that document takes priority over these terms.

02Our services

We provide Talent Solutions (executive search, blue collar retainer and onboarding), Consulting & Advisory Services (including ISO Consultancy Services and ICV Consultancy Services) and Tax & Financial Services (including internal audit and finance and tax advisory). Household staffing is provided through Eiger Marvel Private Clients under its own terms.

• We source and introduce candidates; we do not supply or hire out workers. The employment relationship is between the employer and the employee.
• ISO and ICV certificates are issued by independent certification or certifying bodies. We prepare clients and coordinate the process but do not guarantee a particular outcome or score.
• Internal audit and advisory work is not a statutory audit and does not replace the work of registered external auditors.
• Website content is general information and not professional advice for your specific situation.

03Engagements, fees and payment

• The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or engagement letter.
• Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
• Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Work may be paused while invoices remain unpaid.
• Third-party costs, such as certification body fees, are charged as agreed in advance.
• If you engage a candidate we introduced within 12 months of the introduction, the agreed placement fee applies.

04Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents, to make decisions and approvals needed for the engagement, and to comply with UAE employment, residency and regulatory requirements that apply to your business.

05Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver our services, except where disclosure is required by law. Candidate information shared with clients must be used only to assess candidates for the agreed role.

06Partners

Referral, sourcing and alliance arrangements with partners are governed by separate written agreements. Submitting a partner enquiry does not create a partnership.

07Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, uploading harmful files, attempting unauthorised access, or copying content for commercial use.

08Intellectual property

The Eiger Marvel name, logo, website content and materials belong to Eiger Marvel or are used under licence. Photographs from third-party libraries remain subject to their own licences.

09Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
• Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid to Eiger Marvel for that engagement.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities, certification bodies or other third parties.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
