How long does it take to find a nanny or housekeeper in Dubai?
Most Household Essentials roles are shortlisted within 7–14 days of receiving your household brief. Private Office searches such as estate managers or butlers usually take 3–6 weeks.
How are candidates vetted?
Every candidate is interviewed, reference-checked with previous employers, skills-assessed for the role and screened before being introduced. Shortlists are limited to the strongest matches.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes. If a placement does not work out within the guarantee period, we search for a replacement at no additional placement fee.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Household details are shared with candidates only on a need-to-know basis, and non-disclosure agreements are available for every engagement.
Do you place live-in and live-out staff?
Yes. We place full-time live-in, live-out and travelling household staff across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC.
