Your privacy matters to us. Families trust us with details about their homes, and candidates trust us with their careers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Eiger Marvel Human Resources Consultancies LLC, trading as Eiger Marvel HR & Management Consultancy ("Eiger Marvel", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal information through the Eiger Marvel Private Clients website and services. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection law.

02Information we collect

From clients and enquirers

• Name, phone or WhatsApp number, email and preferred contact method.
• Household details you choose to share in a brief, such as location, home type, roles required, schedule, languages and children's age ranges.
• Invoice, payment status and correspondence records.

From candidates

• Contact details, location, languages, availability and the roles you are seeking.
• Work history, references, CV, certificates, photos and optional introduction videos.
• Any other information you include in your application or interviews.

Automatically

• Basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the website secure and working well. A language preference may be saved in your browser.

We ask candidates not to send identity document copies through the website unless we specifically request them later in the process.

03How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide consultations, searches and placements.
• To assess candidates and match them with suitable households.
• To arrange staff residences where requested.
• To issue invoices, process payments and keep financial records.
• To improve our website and services and keep them secure.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

04When we share information

• Clients: we share a candidate's profile with a client only for a suitable role, and we inform the candidate before an introduction.
• Candidates: we share only the household information a candidate needs to consider a role. Client identity and address are shared on a need-to-know basis, usually after interview stage.
• Partner agencies: recruitment partners in candidates' home countries may receive candidate information to support sourcing, documentation and travel.
• Service providers: including our payment provider (currently Ziina), messaging tools such as WhatsApp and email, recruitment software and website hosting, each only as needed to provide their service.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

05Online payments

Online payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card and wallet details are entered on the provider's secure page and are handled under its own privacy policy. Eiger Marvel receives confirmation of the payment, the amount and the reference, but never your full card details.

06International transfers

Because we work with partner agencies in candidates' home countries and use international service providers, personal information may be transferred outside the UAE. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

07How long we keep information

• Client records and invoices are kept for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
• Candidate applications are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, so that we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted when no longer needed.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including limited staff access, secure systems and confidentiality agreements. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please share sensitive documents only when we ask for them.

09Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information or withdraw consent (for candidates, this ends our ability to consider you for roles);
• stop using your information for a particular purpose.

10Information about children

Our services are for adults. Clients may tell us about their children (for example, ages and routines) so we can match suitable caregivers. We use this information only for that search and share it with candidates only as far as needed.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date.
