This policy explains how Eiger Marvel Human Resources Consultancies LLC, trading as Eiger Marvel HR & Management Consultancy, collects and uses personal information through eigermarvelhr.com and our services, in line with applicable UAE data protection law. Eiger Marvel Private Clients has its own privacy policy.

02Information we collect

• Clients and partners: name, company, job title, phone, email and the details you share about your requirements.
• Candidates: contact details, CVs, work history, qualifications and references.
• Engagement data: documents you provide for ISO Consultancy Services, ICV Consultancy Services, audit or advisory work, which may include business and employee information.
• Website use: basic technical information to keep the site secure and working well.

03How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and partner requests.
• To deliver recruitment, consultancy, certification, audit and advisory services.
• To match candidates with suitable roles.
• To issue invoices and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

04When we share it

• With clients, when introducing candidates for a role.
• With partner agencies in candidates' home countries, to support sourcing.
• With certification bodies and certifying bodies, as needed for ISO and ICV Consultancy Services.
• With service providers such as messaging, email, CRM and recruitment software, only as needed.
• With authorities, where required by law.

05International transfers

Some information may be transferred outside the UAE, for example to partner agencies or service providers. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

06Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and accounting requirements. Candidate profiles are kept for up to 24 months after last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information.
