Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at Eiger Marvel Consultant’s Real Estate’s Client in Dubai. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. They will play a key role in promoting a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in policy development and employee relations

Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP) is a plus.
