Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee the electrical systems and installations for our real estate development projects. The Electrical Manager will be responsible for managing the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring that they are executed to the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of electrical engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage large-scale projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all electrical installations and systems for real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure electrical designs meet project objectives.

• Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications, and plans, ensuring they comply with local regulations and international standards.

• Manage procurement and selection of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality and budgetary requirements.

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.

• Resolve any electrical issues that arise during construction, coordinating with contractors and consultants as required.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all electrical work.

• Manage relationships with electrical contractors and vendors, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.

• Prepare progress reports, budgets, and schedules for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

• 10-12 years of experience in electrical management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Proven track record of managing electrical installations for high-rise buildings and large-scale developments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.

• Proficient in electrical design software, project management tools, and AutoCAD.
